I am having troubles viewing the Datastore data, what should I do?
Please click here for more
information.

Sometimes the Datastore seems to
take longer to return results than at other times, why?
The Datastore contains an incredibly large amount
of data. This is one of the facts that makes it such a great resource.
When you are in View All
Entries Mode, or are viewing an artist with a large number of works,
you may notice that the response time of the Datastore slows for a bit. This is
normal.
Because the Datastore is an advanced web
application, it puts your web browser to the test. If you notice the
Datastore interface performing slower than you are used to, we recommend
restarting your computer to refresh your system memory, browser, etc.

How can I view more than one Datastore
database/edition at a time?
If you subscribe to more than one database within the Datastore
you may wish to access the different databases simultaneously. To do so, you
simply need to log-in
to the Datastore like you normally would. Then, to access another Datastore
database that you are subscribed to: open a new browser window (CTRL+N in most
browsers); and, log-in
to the database you wish to use. You should now be able to switch between
multiple databases (provided you did not close any of the previous existing
browser windows displaying the Datastore databases you previously logged in to).
This method can be used to access a 3rd, 4th, etc. database.

Where can I find more information?
You may wish to read the comprehensive Datastore
help file. Also, you may wish to read the General
Information Relating to Gordon's Datastore document.
